Appointments
Our standard appointments are for 20 minutes. If the normal consultation time exceeds 20 minutes, higher fees will be charged. Please arrange a longer consult booking with our Reception staff should you wish to discuss more complex issues such as GP management plans, mental health plans, annual health checks, women's health examinations, complete skin examinations, psychological counselling, or musculoskeletal & surgical procedures.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without giving the required notice, a non-refundable private fee of $50 (Standard appointment) or $100 (Long appointment) will apply
Recalls and Reminders
When first registering at this practice, you will be asked for approval to allow SMS messaging or telephone contact for recalls or written reminder letters for participation in National screening and immunisation programs including the new Cervical Cancer Screening register. In addition, we maintain a list of patients with chronic diseases for timely recall in order to ensure that the best possible care and follow-up are provided. These registers are all made possible by our computerised record system and are kept confidential.
